I graduated from Colgate University (B.A., English) and Cornell University (MBA) and have managed to make a living writing for decades before that crazy series of tubes called the Internet took over my life (but in a good way!).  For glossophilic information junkies like myself, the web is a dream come true, offering friction-free distribution of information anywhere and everywhere on the planet instantly.

This blog is about the things like marketing, behavioral decision theory (I studied with Dick Thaler, author of “Nudge” and director of the Center for Decision Research at the University of Chicago’s School of Business), storytelling, narrative development, SEO and other as-yet undetermined topics.  As Willie Nelson, who lives in Drippin’ just south of here, says “It’s all just one big song anyway.”  These topics are really just one big topic: how to tell a story in a compelling and memorable way and get it in front of your target audience.
